How to change your life right now
Start waking up earlier to change your life right now
One of the main causes of stress is finding yourself out of time while being loaded with lots of tasks. When you wake up earlier you won’t only become more productive but you’ll also reduce the amount of stress in your life to a great extent.
Want to change your life and output? Get organized and write a plan
One of the main reason we worry and become anxious is because we don’t trust our actions or current plans. When you write down a plan your subconscious mind starts feeling more comfortable about your future. The serendipitous effect of this security reduces the amount of worrying in your life. Start changing your output and your life this instant. Get your pen and paper and write down a short, medium and long term plans. Refer to them daily or weekly and you’ll be inspired by what you actually achieve. Additional reading: boosting confidence skills.
Break a simple bad habit
I know that some habits take a lot of time to break but what about simple habits that can be broken immediately? When you break a bad habit that you have been doing for a long time your mood will improve and your life will become better almost instantly. This is because of the pleasure and assurance you get from achieving something. Tiny achievements do wonders for boosting our confidence.
Adjust your eating habits if you want to change your life
Do you drink enough water? Do you know that you might be feeling tired because your body needs more water? Research has also shown that unhealthy foods can make you feel unhappy and lethargic. Do you know that your mood is in many cases a reflection of your overall health? Lethargy in itself can cause you to become less productive because you haven’t got the energy you used to have to do what you need to get done. Lower productivity equals lower self-confidence. Lower self-confidence breeds even lower self-esteem.
Apologize to someone to change your life instantly
Did you fight with someone lately? Is there someone out there who is sad right now because of what you did to him/her? Call that person and say sorry, not only you will make another person happy but you’ll also feel better as a result. Sometimes it’s our own inadequacies and guilt that bring us down.
These are very simple actions to changing your life. Use them often and make an effort to add them to your daily routine. They can really improve your mood and to give your mood a boost, leaving you light enough to pursue bigger goals.

Also, Anne, it’s great to be at your blog!
Personally, I’m a morning a person and I love waking up early and getting right into daily activities. And I loved the point about breaking habits. Indeed, we all have simple bad habits, we can break right now. As you quite rightly said Farouk, making small achievements is amazing for our confidence. It makes us feel great.

Thanks for dropping by, Hiten. I recommend celebrating small triumphs in life. Not all of us will achieve world-wide fame. However, all of us could have little triumphs each day if we look for them.
Each day, each small victory build us up no end.

These are some great tips. I admit that I need to start waking up early, it is 5:25 AM as I am typing this comment!
I find that every tips listed here is closely related to one another. Without having an organization would be the biggest loss not to have, as it is the one that keeps me on my path.

Wow! You’re really dedicated, Dennis. It’s Saturday morning! 🙂 I’m an early riser as well, but I have to confess I have a lie in on Saturdays.
happy you find it useful Dennis
nice to meet you : )
Hi Farouk,
I love the last piece of advice. It is truly wonderful when we can just say sorry, without saying BUT this and this happened. I think people have forgotten how to do that. Making someone else a little bit happy can make such a great difference in our lives.

You’re right, Mariella. People who have an ‘excuse’ for hurting you aren’t sorry at all. They should save their breath on the apology. An apology is just that – no excuses.
Thanks for stopping by.
hi Mariella
you are right
lets begin with ourselves and make the world better
nice to meet you 🙂
Oh boy…do I need to change some habits! My diet is ok, but during the hot Summer, I find myself eating out a lot. That’s a no-no for me. I don’t usually do that.
Also, as I’m reading this, I went and got another glass of water. Thanks

Love this post.
Waking up early is a great one worth reminding. Working while others are sleeping provides me with a great feeling about my day and pushes creativity to the next level. Don’t know why, it may have to do with the fact that everything is so quite quiet while I’m full of fresh energy to start my day.
Thanks
I think also that we have so many more hours to be creative. Waking up later stresses me out because I know I have fewer hours in which to do all the things I need to do. Thanks for stopping by, Henri.
What’s so beautiful about these tips is that each is so realistic and doable by anyone who chooses to begin taking control of their life. Thanks for this wonderful inspiration!
Nice list. I like it. and it is so important if we want to make a change to eat healthier and drink the right amount of water.
