I love this one Anne. Too many people waste so much of their time and energy in the past. There are no excuses. No matter what has happened to us in the past needs to be dealt with in the NOW if it is that disturbing.
We live in the now and we are responsible for our own actions. If something is tragic and extreme..we need to get help for it. But I see too many people using certain past events as an excuse for not moving on.
It is so easy to take that first step and plan an action and take it. The rest will flow.
